Asara Electro pump Industries

Asara Electro Pump Industries commenced operations in 2001 with a focus on manufacturing sealed electric pumps designed for the solution and refrigerant circuits of absorption chillers. The company’s initial product was a Buffalo electric pump available in 3 and 5 horsepower models. Through continuous research and development, Asara expanded its product line to include a diverse range of pumps. Today, the company specializes in the production and repair of various low-capacity special electric pumps.

Asara Pump is also engaged in the sales and services of electropumps. In conventional, non-electronic pumps, which are typically not integrated, mechanical energy is used to generate power. In electropumps, mechanical movements are eliminated and the casing is integrated and non-separable. A characteristic feature of integrated pumps is self-cooling of the pump using the same fluid (liquid) within the motor.

Absorption solution pump repair

Similar to other cooling systems, absorption chillers operate on the principle of evaporation. By reducing the pressure on water, its boiling point is lowered, resulting in the production of cooling energy. It’s worth noting that absorption chillers are considered the next generation of compression chillers. A key benefit of absorption chillers compared to compression chillers is their energy efficiency, resulting in lower electricity costs.

History of pump and electro pump

Modern pumps are the culmination of efforts by those who, in the past, sought to transport water from one place to another. Farmers, for instance, invested significant time and energy in bringing water to their fields. Pumps thus symbolize their indispensable role in the daily lives of countless people.”

Process and how the pump works:

In general, the operation of drawing water or any other liquid (fluid) and transferring it to another location is called pumping and the device used for this purpose is a pump. Mechanical energy, which is the same as the pump motor’s energy, is transferred to the fluid and increases its pressure. This pressure is used to overcome the friction of the fluid with the pipe and valve walls.”

How the electropump works:

In traditional, non-electronic pumps, which are usually not integrated, mechanical energy is used to generate force. In this type of pump, specifically electropumps, mechanical movements are eliminated, and the casing is integrated and non-separable
